Exchange Policy
At Kyra Jewelry, each piece is handcrafted with precision. Please note that we do not offer refunds. We offer a seamless exchange process if you are not satisfied with your purchase, governed by the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
1. Exchange Eligibility
We offer a 7-day exchange-only policy. You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request an exchange or store credit. To be eligible, your item must meet the following criteria:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Must include all original packaging, tags, and authenticity certificates.
- The security tag must remain intact. Any tampered tags will void the exchange.
- The item must be free of scratches, resizing, or any alterations.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain items are excluded from our exchange policy for hygiene and customization reasons:
- Customized/Personalized Jewelry: Items made to order, engraved, or modified specifically for you.
- Final Sale Items: Products purchased during clearance or marked as "Non-Exchangeable."
- Worn Earrings: Due to hygiene regulations, earrings cannot be exchanged once the sealed packaging is opened.
3. The Exchange Process
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@kyra.com with your Order Number and the reason for exchange.
- Once approved, we will arrange a secure reverse pickup (available in select PIN codes).
- After our quality team inspects the returned item, we will issue a Store Credit (Coupon) or ship your new preferred item.
4. Important: No Refund Policy
Kyra Jewelry does not provide monetary refunds to bank accounts or original payment methods. All returns are processed as Store Credit (valid for 1 year) or a direct Product Exchange of equal or higher value (the difference must be paid by the customer).
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. In such cases, we will provide a free replacement of the same design.
Note: An unboxing video is mandatory for claims regarding damaged products or missing items.
6. Order Cancellation
Cancellations are only permitted within 12 hours of order placement. Once the order has been processed for shipping, it can only be exchanged after delivery as per our 7-day policy.
